Risk Assessments
Our trained consultants are available to review
or create your Risk Policy, your Risk Procedures, and/ or to perform a full scale ACH operation
Risk Assessment for both RDFIs and ODFIs. The assessment includes points raised
in the OCC ACH Risk Management Guidance and will identify gaps in the FI’s existing ACH
risk management program. The review will include Credit Risk, High‐Risk Activities, Compliance
Risk, Third‐Party Service Provider Issues, Transaction Risk and Information Technology.
Audit
ACH Audit
NACHA Operating Rules (Subsection 1.2.1) require
each Participating DFI conduct or have conducted an audit of its compliance with
these rules in accordance with Appendix Eight (Rule Compliance Audit Requirements). Our
trained and certified consultants offer a fullscale audit on each area of the ACH operation
for financial institutions and third party processors.
Remote Deposit Capture Audit
As with any offering of a payments product,
financial institutions are expected to understand the applicable rules and regulations, the
risks involved in offering the product, and to have documented procedures and policies in
place. Our Remote Deposit Capture Audit focuses on identifying gaps in the process that
could lead to potential risk. It includes a review of customer agreements, operational procedures,
risk policy, contingency plan, and methods of customer education on their responsibilities
and monitoring of their compliance.
